Toolbars and Icons

These are found in bookmark.nsf from Notes 8, so copy this to your new installation (notes closed).
When starting the new version it should update bookmark.nsf to new version, but with toolbars and icons preserved.

Older Notes I do belive uses .smi files (could remember wrong though).
